My new flat, pictured just before I moved my stuff in.

SHOWING JUST HOW behind I am on my blogging; I moved into my new flat on June 23rd, yet I’ve only just found time to sort out the pictures I took of the rooms and put ‘em up here. The wait was worthwhile, because I had a enjoyable half an hour earlier today knocking up a plan of the flat - pictured above.

The rooms are fairly large, much bigger than I’m used to, with the two bedrooms and the lounge all measuring somwhere around 8-9ftf 6ins by 14-16ft.

Stupidly I forgot to take my wide angle lens with me when I took the digitals, so I was stuck with my 35-105mm compact camera. Thus pictured below are a few images from before I dumped all my stuff inside and filled all the rooms up. Looks kinda spacey here even without the wide angle…

Considering that I’ve been working like a muppet the last few weeks and not had much spare time, I’m shocked to note that my new home doesn’t currently look like the aftermath to a small European war. I really need to get that trip to Ikea sorted out though so I can actually purchase the rest of the furniture that I require. Maybe tomorrow?

I could put up more pictures, but I’m trying not to bore people too much.
