A couple of German yellow things for those so inclined.

DEUTSCHE BAHN’S FLEET isn’t all made up of red stuff, just like home the company has lots of yellow equipment for maintenance purposes as well. Here a just a few examples I saw on my trip.
DB Netz maintenance and crew vehicle No. 711 109-9, seen above, takes a quick break at Hannover Hbf, Germany, on April 23rd, 2008. With all the equipment loaded on top, this looks like a very useful item of rolling stock indeed!

There must be a number on this thing somewhere, but I have been defeated in my attempts to find it. This is a self-propelled DB Netz Instandsetzung departmental vehicle at Uelzen Bahnhof, Germany, on April 23rd, 2008.
