Welcome to Wagons on the Web; possibly one of the leading websites for contemporary wagon enthusiasts, historians, modellers and railway industry employees.

Having been set up originally in 1997, the site has now grown to include a massive 5,365 images of freight cars from around the world. While it is no longer the most comprehensive, it was probably the first image archive of its kind on the Internet.

WotW also now incorporates my North American freight car images, previously given their own home called ‘They Came From Chicago Heights’ (TCFCH), as well as wagon images taken in various European countries.
